Group Training

Group Personal Training offers a unique and enjoyable fitness experience suitable for all ages. We believe everyone can benefit from exercise, regardless of age or ability. These training sessions are designed to encourage those who are looking for a more cost effective way to keep fit with the benefit of having a dedicated personal trainer.

These sessions can be challenging but a fun way to train with your partner, friends or family in groups of 2 - 4 people per session.

Group training is one of my favourite styles of coaching. The competitiveness and fun between clients which brings a great  atmosphere to the sessions.

Training with your partner, friends or family brings a whole new dynamic to keeping fit and staying healthy, these sessions are fantastic for those who need a little more confidence to step outside their comfort zones.
