I have been a personal trainer for 7 years, I have met many interesting people over the years, with that and my own life experiences it inspired me to become a life coach.
I have trained many clients, helping to design programmes which aid in the improvement of health, lifestyle and habits.
I firmly believe that if you have a “Healthy Mind” you will then have an even healthier body, As i always say in reverse to most others say, healthy mind = healthy body.
With this strategy we will create a healthy long term lifestyle for you and others.
I provide one to one coaching, tailored to every client’s specific needs. I get to know the client and understand their individual goals, motivations and priorities; ensuring I adapt the coaching and training sessions to guarantee the very best results.
I am here to help support you through every step, answering any questions that you might have about lifestyle, nutrition, physical and mental health. Developing and encouraging regular habits such as physical activity, positive thinking and healthy nutrition, to help improve your overall wellbeing.
My aim is to create a safe and positive atmosphere to nurture close communities of people, in which we can work together to overcome any challenges we all may experience. My primary focus will always be ensuring I provide everyone with the best possible tools and techniques to help create long lasting lifestyle changes.
